Cancellation Policy
TBC Booking Policy & Terms 1. Service Delivery All coaching and consulting sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom unless otherwise agreed. In-person sessions are available in the Atlanta area with a $50 travel fee. We work with both local and remote clients. 2. Scheduling, Cancellations & Refunds No-Shows: Full payment is forfeited for missed sessions. Cancellations 72+ hours in advance: Eligible for 60% refund. Cancellations under 72 hours: Eligible for 50% refund. After a session occurs: All sales are final. Refunds, if applicable, will be confirmed via email. 3. Sales Contracts & Revenue Partnerships Customized agreements are drafted based on your business objectives. All contracts require mutual written consent before services begin. Scope, deliverables, metrics, and pricing are defined within the signed agreement. 4. No Guarantees While we provide guidance and actionable strategies, results are not guaranteed and depend on factors outside our control. 5. Limitation of Liability TBC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or business opportunities. 6. Confidentiality All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential and used only for delivering our services. This obligation continues after the services end. 7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes will be handled in state or federal courts in Georgia. 8. Acceptance By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
