Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on [enter relevant date].

The Bledsoe Company, LLC (“TBC”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continuously working to improve the user experience for everyone and to apply relevant accessibility standards across our digital platforms.

What web accessibility is

Web accessibility refers to the practice of designing and developing websites and digital content so that people with disabilities can perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with them effectively. An accessible website enables individuals with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities to access information and services using assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and voice recognition software.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have taken steps to align our website with generally recognized accessibility guidelines, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, where reasonably practicable. Measures implemented include:

  • Logical content structure and clear navigation

  • Text alternatives for non-text content where applicable

  • Sufficient color contrast for readability

  • Keyboard-accessible navigation for core site functionality

  • Compatibility with common assistive technologies and screen readers

  • Responsive design for use across devices and screen sizes

  • We continue to evaluate and improve accessibility features as part of our ongoing site development.

Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content [only add if relevant]

Certain areas of the website may rely on third-party platforms or embedded content (such as scheduling tools, payment processors, video conferencing integrations, or analytics services) that are not fully controlled by TBC. As a result, full compliance with accessibility standards for these components cannot always be guaranteed.

TBC declares partial compliance with accessibility standards for these third-party elements and actively considers accessibility when selecting and maintaining external service providers.

Accessibility arrangements in the organization [only add if relevant]

TBC provides services primarily through digital platforms and remote communication tools. When accessibility barriers are identified, reasonable efforts are made to provide alternative access methods or accommodations upon request, including modified communication formats or adjusted service delivery methods where feasible.
